My top 5 Recommendations for Young Adult/Teen Readers: (These are picked only from books I read this year 2010) Parents: if your teen does not own these yet ----great Christmas ideas!!!
1- The Hunger Games Trilogy By Suzanne Collins
2- The Iron Fey Series By Julie Kagawa
3-Bleeding Violet by Dia Reeves
4-Devouring Series by Simon Holt
5- Sister's Red by Jackson Pearce
And although I re-read some of my other favorites this year (Twilight Series and the Harry Potter Series) They were not new to me so I am not counting them on this list.
If you are reading this, I recommend any book written by any of the above authors, they are awesome story-tellers.
